Looking over at the sound of Hex's voice, Danny sighed, getting onto the train anyway. The car was empty, something that would usually be a rare treat, but now only made it impossible for Danny to hide from the other man.

"Maybe when I get that job... You haven't heard anything, have you?" he asked, daring to sound hopeful.

"Stanley said he had a line on one. A boom monkey for Sky. News, I think," he said. "Not great, but steady pay."

"Right. ...Right. I don't know about working for the news," Danny replied, looking uneasy as his smile faded.

"Danny...don't take this wrong, but...I don't think you're that interesting anymore. People move on. I mean, right now everyone's concerned about the Syrians..." Hex said gently.

"It's not that- I just... I don't want to work for those people, okay?" Danny said, getting up and grabbing his cigarettes before pulling on his pants.

"I'm going for a smoke," he muttered.

Hex let him go and waited until he heard him all the way downstairs before he went to the loo to clean up. Then he dressed and went downstairs to try once again for tea since he'd upset Danny.

Danny smoked more than one, but eventually came back inside to rejoin Hex.

"Look, I'm sorry I snapped. I just- They lied. They covered up Alex's murder, I can't forgive that."

Hex had the tea made and offered Danny his mug.

"I understand. I do," he said. "I'll tell Stanley to look for something else."

"I thought you needed a model. What if- What if we filmed something for him? Like, an audition?" Danny suggested quietly. "If I was working, I could pay rent here, and if I rented here, your model would be right next door, right?"

"You really want to do that?" he asked. Then he smiled. "I'd like that a lot. A lot...if you're sure you want to."

What Danny wanted was steady work and not to be broke and dependent on Scotty.

"Yeah, definitely," he nodded, "I mean, I don't know if I'll be any good..."

"I think you will be. You're good looking, slim, and you know how to obey. I'll tell you that it's really not erotic and if we can't get the shot you get kind of sore..." he said, not trying to dissuade him, just being honest.

"It pays, right? I'll do it. I'll film something right now if you want," Danny insisted.

"What would you like to do? Does anything in particular interest you? I have all sorts...oh, I know. I know just what to do," he smiled. "Why don't you put on your jeans and I'll set up the camera and get dressed, too."

Danny nodded, more than willing to follow Hex's lead as he wandered off and pulled his jeans back on. A fitted black pair.

Hex went to the spare bedroom and set up the camera, then went back to his room to dress in a pair of black jeans and the leather harness that fit his broad chest perfectly. Then he took up some rope and a pair of clips attached to a Y of chain.

"Come on. This will be an audition video. Not a full show," he smiled. He noticed Danny's neck where he'd given him a love bite and gestured to the spot on his own neck. "That's nice. I like that."

Danny blushed a bit, then laughed. "You think it'll seal my audition?" he asked.

"I think it might. People like marks," Hex replied. "Love bites. Welts. Even piercings," he replied. "Come on. And if it hurts I want you to be genuine, alright? Just be real."

"Alright. ...I'm not like your actor friend- I don't fake it," Danny smirked.

Hex smiled and nodded. "I know. I can tell," he said.

He picked up a ball gag on his way out and took Danny to the spare room. He put him with his back to the camera and turned it on.

"Audition one, Danny," he said. "Today we're going to be using a very effective set of clamps that can control your sub with minimal effort. Danny, put your arms behind your back," he said then. First things first. He needed to bind him.

Danny obliged, rolling his shoulders as he put his hands behind his back, showing off what little definition his muscles had.

"Yes, Sir," he added for effect.

Hex tied him up, knowing they could speed this process up in editing. He bound him all the way up to his elbows.

Then he turned Danny to the side so he was in profile to the camera. He knew just how to position him so it would be appealing.

"Now...these clips are very good for controlling your sub. They go on the ears. You can put them on the lobes, or for more pain you can attach them to the cartilage like this," Hex said. "But before we do that, I think a little volume control is needed."

And he put the clips down and took up the ball gag to slip it in Danny's mouth to keep him a little quieter. Once it was in place he carefully attached the alligator like clip with vicious teeth to the cartilage of his ears, the chain running back behind his head. The Y of it dangled down his back.

Wincing, Danny made a muffled sound, but was otherwise still and well behaved. Educational or not, there was something soothing and erotic about Hex's voice as he explained things.

"Be very careful- you don't want to damage your sub. There's pain and then there's pain, one good and one bad. Remember this is, ultimately, about pleasure."

He gently turned Danny to have his back to the camera.

Danny tipped his head back, holding still- But he knew he needed to stand out a bit, and though his mouth was full he made a little noise and wiggled his brows playfully at Hex.
